IF YOU WANT IT, GIVE IT!!!(KARMA CAN BE AN ANGEL TOO....)
This writeup falls into three unique segments, as i would be describing the realities of some major characters ...please read through and enjoy
The general term we all know and are used to is karma is a b****, this goes without argument, as it is something that has been used so often, it has become a societal slang,we are so used to seeing and hearing it,to the point that we have refused to see karma in a new light of what it is truly... But who can be blamed for such misconception, its not like it has not been true so far...
Many of us want so much out of life, love, joy, money, fame, impact, recognition..and this also includes, the need to have people around us who likes us and cares about us, who speak nicely of us, tell us we are doing well, read our blog posts..lol, encourage us to do better, tell us we are well dressed, compliment us, commend us and admire us. While some craved it more than others, Ejama, Maria and yvonne are not exceptions, they wanted commendation, attention and impact respectively, keep reading, and see how these people got what they want, by learning the art of giving.
EJAMA
In an official gathering of youth executives, many of them are expected to give a monthly report about their progress so far regarding duties placed in their care...everybody especially Ejama, craved the need to be praised for working so hard in the cause of the month, but of course, nobody got that praise or approval, since they were all too caught up in their own want. This happened repeatedly, and everyone especially Ejama usually went back home feeling 'un' appreciated.
Until something special and remarkable happened, after every presentation, 'Ejama' would rise up, give honest commendation of the work of whoever did their presentation, saying stuff like oh general secretary you did a wonderful job writing out the last minute, correct tenses, perfect punctuations, acceptable scenerio, and the likes, if he had reservations, he would then go ahead to express them.
Over time everybody became so interested in Ejama's opinion and his reports such that they could not help but commend him always, they saw the need to listen to his presentation because they knew he listened to theirs, they saw him as selfless and matured and they couldn't help but commend his selflessness.
Now,take note that Ejama wanted commendation and approval from his colleagues which he was not getting, then he had to give it first(i guess show them, since they all didn't understand the art), in order to get it...
So in case you are wondering where karma is an Angel came from..well...we are not missing any point here...
Karma is believed to be your reward for a past act, its an idea that one reaps what one sows, but many have grown so accustomed to the fact that karma is about reaping the bad stuff you have sown, well sorry to burst your bubble....karma can be an Angel too, that is if you sow love you get love, in order words if you want love, you sow love, then get it.
Like Ejama, if you want acknowledgement, commendation or recognition for working hard or doing something right, start by acknowledging some other person's hardwork too, if you want your friends to tell you how nice your writing skill is, start by telling them how good they are at what they do, now don't misquote me, i didn't say go out and be giving false comment or compliment just because you want one, i said "honest comment", but good ones...you could say the bad ones too, but only to make the person involved get better...afterwards, the harvest is all yours to reap.
Maria and Yvonne.....to be continued.
Remember a great week starts with a great Monday or an awesome Sunday.
O'kanye.
